Branch & Phone Customer Experience Advisor

Santander UK in South Shields is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to join our branch team. This role, 35 hours per week on a rota basis from Monday to Saturday, involves frontline service, handling transactions, guiding customers through banking services, and protecting customers against fraud.
