Branch AdministratorLocation: Cyrstal Palace, South London
Salary: £17,500 - £22,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be DoingAs a Branch Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day to day operations of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support across the sales process
- Maintaining and managing client records
- Upholding compliance standards and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
- Supporting the branch team with marketing, including managing social media content
- Helping create a positive first impression for clients visiting or contacting the branch
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A proven track record of success in an administrative role
- Experience or understanding of estate agency, residential lettings, or the home buying process is desirable
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and grow within the property industry
- A passion for our brand, values, and processes
- Strong communication skills - confident via phone, email, and face to face
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
- A collaborative, team player mindset
- Competitive basic salary: £17,500 - £22,000 (dependent on experience)
