Are you as passionate about coffee as we are? Would you like to be part of an exciting new coffee concept? Calling all coffee enthusiasts, we would love to have you as part of our team! Our mission is to serve fantastic coffee to our customers in our new café or on the move in our drive through.

Relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Braeburn Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Braeburn coffee beverages.
• Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure that the store is operating in line with Braeburn standards, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience of 1 2 years in a similar role.
• Have a can do attitude, strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
