- Manages risks and issues specific to their project and works to mitigate them.
- Ensures the project team has the necessary skills, tools, and time to complete the work.
- Focuses on managing the budget of their specific project, ensuring it is completed within financial constraints.
- Manages changes that directly impact the project, including scope changes, timelines, or resource adjustments.
- Engages in complex analysis of data to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives within large programmes and cross-functional environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across business, technology, and operational teams.
- Good influencing and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and support the delivery of shared business objectives.
- Sound knowledge of acquiring and gateway products, including payments acceptance, regulatory requirements, and licensing considerations.
- Experience supporting and delivering change initiatives, including product enhancements, process improvements, and operational change.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify opportunities, and drive resolution.
