Contract - permanent, with a 3 months probationary period. 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, pro rata.
Salary - £14.15 per hour.
Location - Leicester Square Theatre, 6 Leicester Place, London WC2H 7BX.

Job RequirementsEssential Qualities:
Previous Box Office/ticketing experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
Comprehensive experience with ticketing software.
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Workplace.
Proactive, friendly and confident nature with ability to use initiative and make decisions.
Organised and efficient approach to administration and managing workloads.
Professional attitude and ability to be responsible for Box Office team members in the absence of the Box Office Manager.
Ability to prioritise effectively.
Ability to work well with others in the team, with colleagues across all departments and with external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to all tasks.
Reliable and punctual.
Desirable Qualities:
Experience using Ticketsolve and WordPress an advantage.
Interest in theatre and comedy.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Ensure a high level of standard is maintained in the Box Office at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, via email, telephone and in person.
Assist the Box Office Manager with website and ticketing system upkeep, and other general Box Office admin.
Manage show-incoming shifts during the evenings and at weekends.
Liaise with external promoters and external agencies to ensure accurate distribution of tickets and information through their outlets, updating sales regularly.
Keep up to date with events taking place across all areas of Leicester Square Theatre and the Museum of Comedy.
Ensure the highest level of security, GDPR and health & safety are maintained at all times.
