My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Bookings Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for booking enquiries, ensuring smooth coordination of accommodation placements and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage and coordinate all bookings
  • Respond promptly and professionally to booking enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Maintain and update records accurately
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure a smooth operation
  • Generate reports and support administrative tasks
  • Complaint handling and resolution
