BOM Administrator

Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established Hull manufacturer to recruit a BOM Administrator. You'll join a collaborative technical environment where accurate product data is essential, working closely with engineering, production and project colleagues to keep information accurate, up to date and ready when teams need it.

The Opportunity:

• Creating and maintaining accurate bills of materials for new and existing products, working closely with engineering colleagues.
• Managing detailed product and parts information, including costs, weights, new parts and stock obsolescence.
• Supporting engineering changes, assessing their impact and making sure relevant information reaches the right people.
• Producing reports, KPIs and critical data to help teams track project progress and product information.
• Providing accurate BOM and part number information to colleagues across production, aftersales and other technical teams.

Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy of product information throughout the business, helping engineering and manufacturing teams work efficiently and make informed decisions.

About You:

• Experience working with data management systems and confidence handling detailed information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to cross-check and proofread complex datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining accurate information.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across different teams.
• The ability to organise your workload, meet deadlines and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
