Bodyshop Service Advisor & Customer Concierge

FMG RS in Doncaster is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to be the face of our Bodyshop. You will book customer cars in for repair, prepare job cards, and maintain an efficient filing system for related paperwork.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide progress reports to customers, arrange courtesy cars, collect payments, and safeguard banking and security processes. A full UK/EU driving licence and strong IT/Admin skills are essential.
