Join a Leading Accident Repair Centre as a Bodyshop Manager in Basingstoke 
Are you an experienced Bodyshop Manager seeking a new and rewarding opportunity within the automotive industry? Our client, a reputable UK-wide accident repair group, is looking for a dedicated and professional Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy Basingstoke facility. This role offers an excellent chance to oversee a modern, dynamic workshop in a well-respected environment, providing a key leadership position in the motor trade sector.
Benefits- Up to £60,000 basic salary with a potential £78,000 OTE

- Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm, with no weekends

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the accident repair centre to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, assign tasks, and address operational issues
- Monitor repair progress and vehicle status, liaising with colleagues and customers as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safe working practices
- Oversee parts ordering, manage work volumes, and prioritise repair jobs effectively
- Maintain high standards of repair quality throughout all stages of the process
- Control stock levels and manage supplies to optimise workshop efficiency
- Ensure all vehicles are accompanied by complete 10 stage repair images for accurate job documentation
- Support, motivate, and develop workshop staff to uphold the company's high standards of service and professionalism
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive repair sector
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and confident leadership abilities
- Proficiency in using IT systems relevant to repair management
- Knowledge of modern repair procedures and health and safety standards
- A cooperative team player who fosters a positive working environment
- Self motivated and capable of working efficiently under pressure
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high quality repair standards
