Salary: OTE £80,000 p/a with company car, bonus and excellent benefits

Responsibilities

The General Manager oversees the entire site, ensuring maximisation of profitability and execution of the operational business plan.

Controls and maintains resources, including stocks and equipment, minimising financial risk.

Leads and develops the team to create a motivational environment, aid retention, encourage continuous improvement, and promote performance to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Sets the vision, maintains focus, drives results, and develops people within an atmosphere of trust.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in the bodyshop accident repair industry.

Track record of exceeding profit targets, growing business, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership, communication and resource management skills.
