You'll help keep repairs progressing smoothly while maintaining accurate systems and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Update customers daily on the progress of their vehicle repairs.Maintain and update work-in-progress systems to ensure accurate job tracking.Liaise with the workshop team to keep repairs moving efficiently and minimise delays.Coordinate communication between the Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), workshop, and office teams.Assist with ordering vehicle parts and managing purchasing requirements.Monitor workflow and help prioritise jobs to maximise operational efficiency.Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Bodyshop through effective planning and organisation.Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for an organised, proactive individual with experience in a busy bodyshop environment.You will ideally have experience as a Bodyshop Operations Coordinator, Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Coordinator, Bodyshop Administrator, Bodyshop Office Coordinator or similar role.You should have:Previous experience working within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.Good working knowledge of Audatex estimating software (essential).Experience using Autoflow Bodyshop Management System would be highly advantageous.Excellent organisational and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.Good IT and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.APPLY TODAYThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Bodyshop offering a varied and rewarding role where you'll become an integral part of the operation.
