Bodyshop Advisor: Customer Care & Vehicle Progress

Blackburn Volkswagen, part of Lookers Limited, is recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join the on-site team. You will deliver courteous, professional customer service, handle enquiries, schedule repairs, and upsell bodywork services while ensuring all processes and invoices are completed accurately.

The role is permanent full-time with a 42-hour week, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota. A full valid driving licence and a good driving record are essential.
