Boat Master & Harbour Operations Lead

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a Boat Master to oversee the Harbour Master's Team operations in Cardiff Bay. Responsibilities include managing a team for daily operations, debris collection, and marine infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Small Commercial Vessel operations, an advanced powerboat certificate, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills.
