Boarding House Matron - Pastoral Care & Community Leader

New Hall School is seeking a House Matron to provide pastoral care for boarders in a Catholic independent boarding and day school. The role involves fostering a home-like atmosphere, supporting wellbeing and daily routines within the House, and working with Heads and Assistants to maintain high standards of care.

The successful candidate will contribute to spiritual growth, uphold safeguarding duties, and help ensure a welcoming, inclusive community for all students.
