Boarding House Day Matron: Wellbeing & Support Lead

Wells Cathedral School is seeking a caring Day Matron to join our mixed boarding house team for Years 4-8. The role supports pastoral care, wellbeing, and day-to-day running of the house during term time and additional days.

Working with Houseparents, you will ensure pupils settle in, monitor attendance, manage records, coordinate laundry and travel, and assist with events and administration. A positive, flexible team player is essential.
