Board-Level CRO & Enterprise Risk Leader

Arthur is recruiting a Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management / Chief Risk Officer (SMF4) to lead the strategy of the risk function and report to the Board.

The role demands significant UK insurance leadership, Board-level collaboration, and a deep grasp of PRA/FCA and Solvency UK rules. You will own ORSA, the Risk Appetite Framework and enterprise governance while strengthening resilience and regulator relationships across the business.
