BMS Technician (Trend/Tridium) - Midlands Car & Healthcare

The Role
We are seeking an experienced BMS Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a solid background in Trend or Tridium systems to work across a variety of sites, ensuring BMS systems are maintained, optimised, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems
• Diagnose and rectify faults across BMS hardware and software
• Perform system checks, testing, and minor modifications
• Monitor system performance and optimise control strategies
• Troubleshoot communication and integration issues
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Liaise with clients and provide technical support on site
• Support reactive callouts when required

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium BMS systems
• Experience in BMS service, maintenance, and fault finding
• Valid CSCS/ECS card
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
