Location: Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Oxford areas)
Salary: £50K to £55K + Package

VIGO is working with a forward thinking BMS specialist who's making serious moves across the Midlands. Known for their expertise in delivering energy efficient, intelligent building control solutions, they're now looking for a BMS Service Engineer to strengthen their established service team.

Your Mission

As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and fault finding on building management systems across a range of commercial, education, and healthcare sites.

You'll work with multiple systems, Trend, Tridium, and Distech delivering outstanding service and helping clients drive real energy savings through smarter system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems
• Troubleshoot system faults and implement effective solutions
• Carry out small works upgrades and controller swaps where required
• Provide comprehensive service reports and energy saving recommendations
• Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure service excellence
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service division

The Ideal Candidate

• Hands on experience with Trend, Tridium, or Distech systems (ideally all three)
• Strong technical fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication skills with a client focused mindset
• Ability to work independently across multiple Midlands based sites
• Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications
• A passion for smart building technology and energy optimisation
