About the Role
Base Location: Flexible across South West England & Wales. We offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception.
Salary: £40,000 - £61,000 + car/allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available
As part of our growth plans, we aim to enhance our BMS Projects team and are seeking a BMS Project Engineer to work across the SW. We value individuals who bring innovative ideas, skills, and thinking to help us build a more sustainable world for you, your family, and the community.
You will
- Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project conception to completion across multiple sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, and Healthcare.
- Understand and be aware of contract conditions and requirements.
- Manage project labour requirements and guide contractors appropriately.
- Monitor and record project progress and deliverables according to the project timeline.
You have
- Extensive experience as a Project Engineer in the BMS & Controls industries, with technical knowledge of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
- A proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and objectives.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills to maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Experience in managing and motivating teams, setting objectives, and inspiring success.
- A driving license, due to travel to sites.
