Role: BMS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Building Management System solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS with HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing building systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain BMS design documentation, including schematics and system specifications.
• Program and configure BMS software to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS hardware and software.
• Provide training and support to clients and staff on BMS operations and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of Building Management Systems in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and security systems.
• Proficiency in BMS software platforms and programming languages such as Modbus, BACnet, or KNX.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with project teams and clients.
• Certifications related to building automation or energy management are a plus.
