BMS Systems Management & Integration

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS systems across projects.
• Coordinate the integration of critical systems (HVAC, electrical, security, energy, environmental controls, etc.) into the BMS platform.
• Review and validate control architectures, automation strategies, and sequences of operation.
• Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and commissioning specialists to ensure efficient system integration.

Technical Coordination & Site Execution

• Manage suppliers and subcontractors responsible for BMS, controls, and SCADA systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to automation and control systems.

Technical Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure systems comply with:

Project drawings and specifications
Applicable regulations and industry standards
Internal quality standards

• Review technical submittals, control schematics, and operational sequences.
• Participate in QA/QC inspections related to control and automation systems.

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

• Ensure all BMS-related activities are carried out in compliance with project HSE policies.
• Attend site safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with system installation and integration.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Lead or support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate functional testing and integration with other building systems.
• Ensure systems are fully optimized for operational performance.
• Support project handover, including final documentation and client training if required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Manage and review all BMS-related technical documentation.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentation.
• Provide regular progress reports and system status updates.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to system integration.

• Proven experience in BMS/Building Automation Systems within construction or data centre projects.
• Hands-on experience with Automatic Logic (highly desirable) or similar BMS platforms (Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, control systems, and automation principles.
• Experience in HVAC controls, electrical systems integration, and energy management.
• Ability to read and interpret control schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on-site in construction environments.
