BMS Application Engineer

Join our team and help us deliver innovative Building Management System (BMS) solutions that make buildings smarter, more efficient, and sustainable. As a BMS Application Engineer, you will design, program, and maintain advanced control systems that optimize HVAC and lighting for modern facilities.
What You Will Do
Translate client requirements and MEP plans into functional control system designs, network architecture, and system graphics.
Develop and implement software for DDC controllers and supervisory systems (Metasys), including graphics, trends, and alarms.
Configure network controllers (SNE) and ensure seamless communication with third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, KNX.
Create detailed technical documentation, points lists, and O&M manuals.
Participate in on-site testing, troubleshoot issues, and train clients on system usage.
Provide ongoing support and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
Configure and troubleshoot managed Routers and Switches as part of upcoming projects.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming and control systems (Siemens S7, HMI, SCADA ). Knowledge of Beckhoff or WAGO PLC is a plus.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, KNX).
Good understanding of networking (subnets, routes, PPP connections, firewalls).
Hungarian native speaker and English level sufficient to confidently understand technical manuals, documentation, and product training.
Willingness to travel for commissioning, client training, and project support.
