Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Brighton
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords
• Handle queries and issues promptly and professionally
• Negotiate contracts and oversee property leases
• Coordinate with maintenance team to resolve any property-related issues
• Prepare detailed reports on the status of each property
• Stay abreast of property market trends in Brighton

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:

• A degree or qualification in property management or a related field
• Proven experience in property management
• Excellent knowledge of property regulations and market trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
