Block Manager Surrey Residential Portfolio Lead

Block Recruit is seeking a Property Manager to join an established firm. The role will manage a portfolio of 1,400 residential units across Surrey and South London, supporting leasehold and block management activities.

You will work with the Senior Property Manager to deliver high-quality service to leaseholders, clients, contractors and stakeholders. The position is office-based in Surrey with a Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm schedule, offering progression within block management and a benefits
