Blade Training Specialist

What's the deal?
If you love turning chaos into order and making schedules shine, this role is for you! You'll be the hero behind the scenes, making sure our technicians are trained, certified, and ready to conquer the skies (well, turbines).

• Hands-on experience in organizing training programs and working with diverse teams
• Office 365 skills and comfort with internal systems

Extra credit if you're great at setting priorities and love working with global teams!

Your Role

• Build training schedules that make sense (and maybe even sparkle )
• Book seats, share travel plans, and keep everyone in the loop
• Spot gaps in training and fix them fast
• Retrieve certificates - because proof is power
• Handle last-minute changes like a ninja
• Support Sales & Project Management with data and cost analysis
