Biocatalysis Scientist: Turning Waste into High-Value Chemicals

Jobtailor is recruiting a Postdoctoral scientist to join the Campopiano group in the School of Chemistry in Edinburgh. The role focuses on developing biocatalysts from waste molecules and designing methods to isolate and characterize biocatalysts with improved properties.

You will generate libraries of biocatalyst variants using modern protein design tools and integrate biocatalysts with chemocatalysts for efficient synthetic routes.
