Our client, a privately owned Tier 1 building contractor established for over 70 years, is seeking a BIM Technician to join their design and digital engineering team at their Dublin 17 head office. Recognised for delivering landmark commercial, residential, pharmaceutical and data centre projects, they combine innovation, technical excellence and a strong people-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and Navisworks
• Coordinate digital information with internal teams and external consultants
• Support model audits, clash detection and documentation control
• Prepare drawings, schedules and data outputs for project teams
• Ensure model accuracy from design through to construction

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as a BIM/ Revit Technician
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Experience on large building projects an advantage
