Job Description
Teleperformance is looking for an Operational SME in Dublin who will be a key liaison between training, quality, and operations while supporting and coaching team members.
Responsibilities include coaching new Agents, providing real-time support, and addressing issues reported by the Client. Candidates must be fluent in both Portuguese and English and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Operations.
