Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Bid Support Administrator Accountable of UAN (vendor special prices) creation in our system based on the documentation received from the vendors.
Why the position exist: In order to make this special conditions visible to our sales force and our customers in Intouch.
Main accountability: UAN creation
Contribution to achieve dpt goals: Key to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality enough to avoid TD profit lost.

Responsibilities:

• UAN creation in our system (65%)
• Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)
• Basic data base maintanance (5%)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Possesses basic data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
