Salary: £65k-£75k

iO Associates are working with a leading healthcare organisation to hire a Bids & Tenders Manager to lead their NHS and public sector bid strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how a well-respected organisation competes for and wins major contracts.

You would be the driving force behind high-quality, compliant, and compelling bids. This role offers full ownership of the bid function, with the autonomy to build processes, influence strategy, and work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end bid management across NHS/public sector frameworks
• Build a best-in-class bid function and scalable processes
• Define win themes and collaborate with SMEs to produce stand-out proposals
• Engage at senior level to ensure bids are commercially aligned and competitive

What We're Looking For:

• Track record managing NHS/public sector bids (Essential)
• Lead the development of a bid team/ function (Essential)
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement

• Prior imaging market tender experience (Bonus)
