What we are looking for?

• Bid Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage bids for large-scale construction projects, ideally valued £10M+
• Strategic Thinking: Able to craft winning strategies and tailor proposals to meet client needs and stand out from competitors
• Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methodologies, commercial principles, and project lifecycle
• Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at working cross-functionally with estimating, planning, design, and commercial teams
• Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to produce persuasive and professional bid content
• Deadline-Driven: Comfortable managing multiple bids under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Techs-Navvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with bid management platforms
