Bid Leader, Power & Renewables (HV, Grid & Substations)

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Bid Proposal Lead - Power & Renewables (HV) to drive end-to-end bid processes for HV, renewable energy, grid infrastructure and substation projects. You will coordinate with Engineering, Estimating, Commercial and Operations to deliver compliant, competitive tender submissions.

The role requires 5+ years in bid or proposal management within power/renewables, strong communication, and proven ability to lead proposals from concept to submission.
