Bicycle assembly worker

As a bicycle assembly worker, you are responsible for fully preparing various types of bicycles, ranging from city bikes to advanced e-bikes. You start your day at 07:45 with a briefing and a cup of coffee, after which you begin mounting frames and adjusting gears based on a checklist. Throughout the day, you work precisely on testing brakes and lighting to ensure every bicycle leaves the workshop in top condition. At 17:00, you wrap up your day in an organized environment, knowing your work helps people get on the road safely.

Tasks

• Assemble bicycles completely based on technical instructions.
• Accurately adjust brakes, gears, and lighting.
• Inspect the quality and safety of every finished bicycle.
• Prepare bicycles for shipment and packaging.
• Maintain administration on work orders.
• Identify technical defects or deviations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on the production line to meet planning goals.
• Keep your own workstation clean and organized.
• Report progress to the team leader.

We are looking for

• You have technical insight and enjoy working with your hands.
• Experience in a production or assembly environment is an advantage.
• You can work with hand tools such as pliers and torque wrenches.
• You speak and understand Dutch or English.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You are physically able to perform standing work all day.
• You are available for 40 hours per week.
• You have a proactive attitude and keep your commitments.
