BI & Data Insights Lead: Build Group-Wide Analytics

Ripon Farm Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Data Insights Specialist to establish and lead a Group-wide BI capability. This is a strategic role reporting to the CFO, driving data-led decision making across farming, turf and service operations.

You will define the data strategy, design dashboards in Power BI, own data governance and architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn insights into practical improvements.
