Job Description
Jikoni seeks an Assistant General Manager - Beverage Operations to lead the bar and FOH team across our Marylebone cafe and Stratford location, with the role starting in October 2026. You will mentor staff, curate guest experiences, and collaborate with chefs and directors to uphold our mission of warm hospitality.
You will manage daily operations, scheduling, stock, and budgeting while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and brand integrity.
