Beverage Operations Lead - Luxury Hotel Bar

Hastings Hotels in Northern Ireland invites applications for the role of Assistant Beverage Manager at the Grand Central Hotel. You will lead the food and beverage team, oversee day-to-day operations of the Observatory restaurant and contribute to delivering five-star, luxury service.

The successful candidate will have bar management experience, lead a busy team, and work 35 hours per week with shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
