Betting Shop Customer Service Manager

Entain, a leading global sports betting company, invites an experienced Retail Customer Service Manager to join Ladbrokes & Coral shops. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily, and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships.

Shifts typical weekly rota varies; shops open 8am-10pm and weekends. Must be 18+, with a focus on cash handling, product demos, and customer care to meet targets and maintain high shop standards.
