Bereavement Services Apprentice: Frontline Care & Admin

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a compassionate Bereavement Services Administrator at Thornton Crematorium. You will be the first point of contact for funeral directors, clergy, and families, handling inquiries and guiding them through burial and cremation processes with care.

You will process documents in line with statutory requirements, provide admin support, undertake chapel duties, and help ensure a respectful service for all attendees.
