Job Description
Benefits Associate / Senior Associate

Supports administration and delivery of employee benefits programs across the European region (UK, Poland, France, Switzerland, Ireland). Works closely with Health & Welfare and Leave & Absence leadership, reports to both Benefits Managers, and plays a key role in ongoing operations, annual enrollment activities, and regional benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration & Operations: day to day administration of health, welfare, and leave programs across EMEA; ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies; administer global absence and disability programs; handle complex leave cases.
  • Internal stakeholder partnership to apply benefits programs consistently across all European locations; maintain accurate benefit documentation, guides, and SOPs; support pension and retirement program administration.
  • Open Enrollment & Workday Support: support open enrollment activities; perform Workday testing, validation, configuration support; develop and review communications; assist with system enhancements and benefits/absence related processes and workflows.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: maintain relationships with external vendors and brokers; coordinate vendor meetings, communications, deliverables; oversee integration, issue identification and escalation; document and maintain vendor processes and workflows.
  • Employee & HR Support: respond to employee and HR inquiries, support onboarding and new hire benefit communications.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement: participate in regional and global benefits initiatives such as benchmarking, benefit renewals, process improvements; contribute to reporting and analytics; support special projects related to leave programs, new country expansions, or vendor transitions; design and deliver targeted communications; monitor and interpret changes in EMEA benefits regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5+ years of experience for Associate or 4-7+ years for Senior Associate in benefits, HR, or total rewards.
  • Experience supporting health & welfare and/or leave of absence programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Strong attention to detail, multi tasking, quantitative and Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience supporting international or EMEA benefits programs; vendor management and benefit renewals; knowledge of country specific regulations; process improvement initiatives.
  • Preferred: bilingual proficiency in French or Polish.
