Benefits Assessor: Housing & Council Tax Support

Cannock Chase Council and Stafford Borough Council are seeking Benefits Assessors to join the shared Benefits Service. The roles involve processing Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support claims, with duties across Cannock and occasionally other sites in the Cannock Chase and Stafford Borough areas.

You will support customers via face-to-face, phone and email channels, assess changes in circumstances and consider Discretionary Housing Payments in line with guidance.
