Benefits & M&E Manager, National Infrastructure Program

National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in the United Kingdom is seeking a Benefits and Monitoring & Evaluation Manager for the Time & Frequency department to consolidate benefits and evaluation evidence across the UK National Timing Centre programme. You will own the central tracking, ensure consistency, and challenge outputs before they reach senior decision-makers.

This role requires rigour, independence of thought and the ability to steer cross functional teams toward credible, well evidenced
