Bench GM: Lead Store Ops & P&L

Five Guys Wales is seeking a talented Bench General Manager to support multiple stores within the district until they take ownership of their own store. You'll be accountable for day-to-day operations, leading and coaching teams to deliver profitability, and maximising sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Bench GM you'll develop your store team, own the P&L, and work hands-on on the line when needed.
