Bench General Manager: Lead Store Ops & Profit Growth

Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven Bench General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our established stores within the district. You will coach and inspire teams to deliver perfect burgers and fries, drive sales, control costs and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will act as a brand ambassador, own your P&L, and have opportunities to progress to higher-volume stores, area trainer, or district leadership.
