Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Bromley - Secondary School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

  • Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs required
  • Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Experience working in a school, PRU or alternative provision desirable
  • Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
  • Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves supporting students in lessons, implementing behaviour strategies, promoting emotional regulation, using de-escalation techniques and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning.
