A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Earley is seeking a proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11 to 18 with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural difficulties.

This full time Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role would suit Psychology or Criminology graduates, aspiring Youth Workers, or individuals with experience in mentoring or behaviour support.

• Salary: £89-£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Start Date: ASAP

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with behaviour intervention plans
• Implement de escalation and positive reinforcement strategies
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Encourage positive social interactions and engagement in learning
• Work alongside teaching staff and SEN professionals
