Behaviour Support TA - Acton, Ealing - September Start

We are working with a structured SEMH school in Acton, Ealing looking for a Behaviour Support TA who can handle challenge without escalating situations. This is not a passive classroom support role. It is a long term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year. You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines. The school is looking for someone who can build trust, manage behaviour professionally and work alongside experienced staff.

Pay: £95 - £115 per day

Location: Acton, Ealing (W5 2HL)

Start date: September 2026

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEMH, behaviour needs and additional learning needs.
• Helping pupils stay regulated and engaged in learning.
• Working with teachers, pastoral staff and behaviour leads.
• Providing long term, consistent work rather than random day to day cover.

Qualifications

• A calm, firm and reliable personality.
• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, PRU/AP or behaviour support.
• Ability to de escalate, not inflame situations.
• Thick skin, patience and a professional mindset.
