We're looking for a dedicated, experienced Behaviour Specialist to join a thriving Secondary Alternative Provision Unit in Newham. You'll be part of a passionate team that works every day to re-engage students who have struggled to settle in mainstream education and help them see what they're truly capable of achieving.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Delivering tailored behaviour interventions and classroom support.
• Helping learners re-engage with education in a safe, structured space.
• Working alongside an incredible staff team to shape progress, one small win at a time.

We're looking for someone who:

• Hasproven experiencein a similar behaviour support or SEMH setting.
• Can stay calm, patient and positive in challenging situations.
• Uses de-escalation and restorative approaches effectively.
• Builds trust quickly and knows how to set clear, respectful boundaries.
• Is ready tomake a long-term impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
