Protocol Education are recruiting Behaviour Support LSAs to support students in Gateside schools.

Your Role

You'll help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation and confidence in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students with behavioural needs
• Encouraging positive engagement in lessons
• Building strong relationships with pupils
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

What a Day Looks Like

Greeting pupils and helping them settle into school
Supporting lessons and encouraging participation
Helping students manage behaviour positively
Celebrating progress and achievements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
