We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a primary school supporting pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support.

Responsibilities:

• Building positive relationships with pupils.
• Supporting behaviour strategies.
• Helping children remain engaged in learning.
• Working alongside teaching staff and families.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
• Resilient and adaptable.
• Excellent communication skills.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
