Behaviour Support Assistant - 1:1 SEMH & De-escalation

An educational support organization is looking for a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant in Bolton. This role involves supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, managing challenging behavior, and working closely with teaching staff. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent offer. A valid enhanced DBS check is required.
